    The digital transformation is changing the labour market and the skills required by those looking to enter it. Digital literacy is increasingly becoming a key qualification for young people.

    The BMZ therefore supports training and qualification programmes that prepare young people in particular for the labour market, and is increasing its cooperation with the private sector in this context.
